Our business began when Ebenezer, who had 15 years of sales and marketing experience in corporate companies, decided to join a gym to improve his fitness. However, he soon discovered that the customer experience was unsatisfactory. Determined to make a change, he approached the gym owner, Anita, and offered his expertise.

Ebenezer’s first consulting project identified problems within the gym and provided solutions. His interest in the fitness industry grew as he worked with Snap Fitness on revamping their centers across 60 locations in India. The franchise owner recognized his valuable contributions by appointing him as general manager.

As general manager, Ebenezer spoke with various gym owners and franchisees to understand their challenges so that he could develop tailored solutions for them. He realized there was an opportunity to create a better system for those wanting to start gyms without having to pay costly franchise fees or royalties.

Our inception story revolves around this idea: providing expert advice specifically for fitness and sports businesses without charging franchise fees or royalties. This approach enables individual gym owners worldwide – who comprise most of the market –to operate more successful businesses using our build-operate-transfer model.
